The focus of Amy's bodywork practice is intuitive relaxation massage combined with energy work to help her clients connect to their bodies and initiate the healing process. She offers profound healing without force, by honoring where you are and then nourishing you into the greatest expression of yourself. She has an especially strong desire to work with those who are going through spiritual awakening and transformation and uses her gifts of empathy, intuition, and creativity to inspire, support, nurture and guide.

She is a natural healer and “energy mover” and is able to trigger deep transformation with a gentle touch and release stuck energy. Her background is in Earth-Based Spirituality with a focus on awakening and revering the Feminine Divine in all people, regardless of gender. In addition to bodywork and energywork, she offers spiritual counseling services and is open to working with open-hearted people of all faiths to facilitate a total integration of the body, mind, and Spirit.

Cortney has been practicing massage therapy for four years and has been certified in animal communication for ten years. In her massage practice, she focuses on deep tissue, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and trigger point therapy. In short although her massage is extremely beneficial to muscular and soft tissue healing and maintenance, it can be a bit of a workout.

In addition to bodywork she also specializes in a variety of energy modalities to strengthen, heal and guide clients to find their own answers and alignment. Cortney also offers several services for our furry friends. Specifically animal communication to enable their human life partner to really understand them, behavioral assessment to create a more harmonic living environment at home and canine massage to assist the dog to be more comfortable and unrestricted in his or her body.

The newest member of Ahahra, Lauren is a student practitioner of Celtic and Shamballa Reiki and is learning new forms of energy work daily. An intuitive since birth, Lauren works closely with entities of the Light to fill the soul with pure, loving guidance from Source energy.

Marcia is a spiritual intuitive and conduit of Divine energies. Her gifts have been instrumental in helping others create an alignment between their personality and their soul. Sessions with Marcia use a direct connection with the Divine energies to help others evolve into the greatest possible expression of themselves in human form. Marcia’s background in the field of education, specifically working with students who have learning disabilities, emotional disturbances, ADD/ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome and other forms of Autism, has allowed her the opportunity to see beyond the educational impacts of such disorders and into the energetic framework of each soul. Working with both teenagers and adults, Marcia uses the unique combination of Divine energies to restore balance, heal wounds, treat ailments, and ultimately, re-connect others with their Highest purpose.

Mitzi is a licensed acupuncturist who has been practicing since 1991. She utilizes Chinese and Japanese styles of treatment, the integration of harmonic sound and color/light therapy, herbs, nutrition and supplements. Counseling for lifestyle changes, movement and meditation are also integral to her practice. Since 1995 Mitzi has worked in the specialties of Drug & Alcohol Detox, the Dually Diagnosed, Mental Health, HCV and HIV/AIDS.
