It is good to come into this chakra now and then, to dip our toes within it, to bask in its glow, to know that it exists and is part of us. We know that the more spiritual energy we can channel, the better our lives become. As we become better acquainted with the Divine aspect of ourselves, we cannot help but feel better and better. We now know that well-being abounds. There is no pre-requisite for attending this group. In each class, we will do a cleansing chakra balancing exercise to increase energy and clarity.
