Often we store memories and energies within our bodies over our past and present lifetimes. These energies may become stagnate, and sometimes we need a little help moving them. With gentle guidance we will go within to kindly heal any energies that need releasing. As you heal, I have the ability to hold sacred space for a group, and will kindly heal energies as they release, transforming these energies into light.
