She uses her spiritual gifts of empathy and intuition as well as her natural abilities as an “energy mover” to move and release stuck energy from the body, mind, and spirit. An intuitive energy healing session consists of the laying on of hands in a gentle, rhythmic way. Client and practitioner work together to identify areas of pain and tension, and then breathe into them with the intention to release. Emotional release is common as areas of physical pain are manifestations of stuck emotional energy seeking release. Amy is a compassionate guide to the wisdom you hold in your own body, and a devoted companion on your inner journey towards wholeness.

The body is designed by nature to heal itself. Polarity Therapy assists in this natural occurrence. The intention in Polarity is to connect with the Divine Life Force and essence of a person, honoring who they are and where they are at, and then stepping back and allowing their bodies own natural wisdom to guide the healing process. It works by balancing the positive, negative, and neutral electrical charges of the physical body and its energy field, creating a sense of wellbeing, peace, and harmony with both the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Polarity can be incorporated into Massage or experienced on its own.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “Life Force Energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, dissolves energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body. Sessions can be done both in person and over distance.
